After 10 years of continuous operation, our client had identified a number of deficiencies in their growing suite of operations and maintenance documentation.

Following an initial gap-analysis, site management identified areas where the documented procedures did not reflect the actual work being undertaken on site.

As a result, EnterpriseIS was engaged to conduct a full review and update of all operations and maintenance documentation, in order to ensure site activities were aligned with the relevant documentation.

Working with the site managers and supervisors, a full review of site documentation identified a total of 268 documents requiring alignment with the clients document management standards.

EnterpriseIS worked alongside the corporate and site teams, to develop a project plan for the review of the required documents within a 12-month period. 

This plan then enabled an EnterpriseIS asset management specialist, to continuously work on reviewing the identified documentation in parallel with operations and maintenance personnel to deliver the project.  

This included the conduct of the following activities for the client:

• Onsite document reviews with technical experts
• Update of technical information to reflect identified changes
• Document management including document writing, approvals and updates in the document management system.
