An Asset Management Evaluation is a structured way of enabling an organisation to determine how effectively it is managing its assets. Compared with established benchmarks such as those contained in the ISO55000 suite of documents.
Evaluations can be tailored to suit the maturity of an organisation’s Asset Management business processes and practices. Furthermore, an evaluation for ISO55000 compliance gap analysis, focuses on the higher-level policy and strategic building blocks. Of which an organisation needs to have in place to manage its physical assets within an acceptable risk management profile.
Utilising two alternative evaluations allows a deeper look into an organisation’s Asset Management business processes and practices. Comparing them with benchmarked leading practices and business processes from relevant recognised enterprises.
These two levels of evaluation can be conducted together or independently. Depending on the needs of the organisation. In this case study EnterpriseIS combined elements of the two levels of evaluation. That then ultimately focused the improvement project. Click the link below to view our case study.
