In this case, the maintenance improvement plan delivered updated business processes, coaching for the Planning team and updated KPIs, which improved the overall effectiveness of the maintenance organisation.
At the conclusion of the project, the site maintenance organisation was able to deliver a 30% reduction in scheduled recurring maintenance hours and a 40% reduction of maintenance backlog.
