Case Study Operational Readiness Development – Rail Engineering

Introducing new assets into service is an exciting time for any organisation as it brings new capability and improved performance. Ensuring these are delivered effectively is the role of the Operational Readiness process. Operational Readiness delivers capable people, systems, and equipment, which ensure your business maximises the value of your assets from day 1 of operations.

For this project, the EnterpriseIS team worked with the client to deliver the maintenance strategies, operations / maintenance documents and master data necessary to enable the new rail welding assets to be introduced into service. With these in place, the client was able to utilise the equipment as soon as it was commissioned, knowing they were able to operate and maintain them effectively from day 1.

EnterpriseIS Operational Readiness team has been delivering operationally ready assets around Australia and across the globe since 2009.
