Andrew Curry joined EnterpriseIS in 2018, he specialises in helping clients solve complex problems and implement smarter, more efficient systems. Whether it’s enhancing asset performance or ensuring operational readiness, he works shoulder-to-shoulder with teams to deliver results that stick.
He finds real satisfaction in working with clients who are genuinely committed to improvement. That shared drive for better outcomes is what keeps him motivated – and what drew him back into consulting, even when he wasn’t actively looking. A timely nudge from Craig, combined with the joy of supporting people who value practical, hands-on help, reignited his passion for this work.
While Andrew enjoys the daily office banter, the real reward comes when a client returns because the team got it right the first time. That trust and impact are what make the job truly worthwhile.
Outside of work, Andrew can often be found bush bashing on his mountain bike – testing gravity and grit with increasingly “experienced” reflexes – or camping off-grid with his family. Nature is his go-to reset.
A surprising fact? He hasn’t danced to a jukebox in Siberia, but he has worked on a Molybdenum mine in that region of Russia – definitely not your average gig.
Andrew’s leadership philosophy is inspired by Nelson Mandela: “A true leader stays close to his people and leads from behind, allowing others to believe they are in front.” He believes in guiding quietly, empowering others, and letting them shine.
