Meet Eric: Turning Complex Engineering Into Practical, Real‑World Impact
For the past two and a half years, Eric has played a key role in supporting various projects, bringing clarity, structure, and operational strength to some of our client’s most important readiness initiatives.
As a consultant, Eric specialises in transforming intricate mechanical and engineering information into clear, practical documentation that frontline teams can confidently use. His work directly supports reduced mechanical asset failures, improved equipment durability, and stronger operational performance – outcomes that deliver real value for the client’s business.
But Eric’s path into this work wasn’t predetermined. After graduating from the University of Wollongong, he spent time exploring different roles and gaining hands‑on experience to understand where he could make the biggest impact. In early 2023, he discovered the opportunity to join one of our projects – and it turned out to be an ideal match.

One of the things Eric particularly enjoys is something many people wouldn’t expect: breaking down highly technical concepts and reshaping them into documentation that’s simple, usable, and valuable in day‑to‑day operations. This process of turning complexity into clarity is where he thrives.
Outside of work, Eric makes time for the things he loves – playing badminton, watching movies, and exploring new foods. A self‑described “big food lover” with a serious sweet tooth, he enjoys seeking out new cuisines and discovering hidden‑gem dishes wherever he goes.
