In the Spotlight: Frank A Soto
Frank joined the EnterpriseIS team in 2024. As an asset management specialist, Frank excels at diagnosing and resolving complex issues with machines and infrastructure – like that go-to relative everyone calls when something breaks, but with the added expertise to document, plan, and collaborate with tradespeople to ensure the job is done right. His journey into engineering began with a titanium hip implant on a desk and the realisation that engineering can profoundly improve lives.
Frank thrives on continuous learning – whether mastering a new tool or refining a process – and genuinely enjoys working alongside tradespeople who challenge ideas with refreshing honesty.
Outside of work, he channels creativity into painting tabletop miniatures, experimenting with Spanish and Asian cuisine, and writing sci-fi stories for role-playing games.
Frank’s guiding principle: “Lead by example and practice what you preach. When things get tough, I’m not just managing – I’m in the trenches with my team.”
