In the Spotlight: Sam Manduguloju
Sam joined EnterpriseIS in 2022. He’s an asset management consultant who helps keep heavy, noisy equipment reliable. Sam helps design the playbooks and maintenance calendars that tell pumps, crushers, and conveyors when to pause, get inspected, and return to service, so operations run safer, smoother, and longer with fewer surprises.
Sam chose consulting for the variety and the puzzles. The work lets him jump between projects and challenges, convert engineering theory into practical fixes on real machines, and solve issues before they turn into outages.
In the office, days move fast with cake, jokes, and music. Outside of work, he’s a curious explorer – loves to search for great food, learn new skills, try new cuisines in the kitchen, and wind down with good shows. Sam likes long walks in nature and quiet time to reset.
Sam’s a traveller and history buff who follows cricket and Formula 1, movie enthusiast, and loves fast cars.
