Managing the delivery of any project with multiple stakeholders is always challenging. When that group is spread across the country, which includes different companies, government bodies and internal resources, this means that the project manager has to be well on top of their game when it comes to managing each set of requirements. Whilst each project is different, the management of stakeholders and client expectations is still vital to the delivery of a good result.
