About

In recent years, Maintenance Planners have become hard to find and harder to keep. A quick look on Seek.com.au shows that there are regularly over 150 vacancies advertised, with the likelihood that there are others that haven’t been advertised or are being filled partially. In our experience, we often see businesses filling this gap by allocating additional work to supervisors or senior tradespeople, resulting in a loss of time available to complete critical tasks, or worse, not filling the gap at all and not planning any maintenance activities!

To help businesses meet this challenge, EnterpriseIS has established an in-house Remote Operations & Maintenance Planning service to provide cost-effective maintenance planning services and remove the risk of hiring, training and maintaining skills planners onsite. Our team of experienced maintenance planners is located in our Wollongong office, where we support multiple sites with dedicated planning support across Australia. By only providing the services with your site needs, we can deliver a high quality of maintenance planning services by allocating the resources and time required to deliver your objectives.

With a team of skilled maintenance planning professionals from various industry backgrounds, we have extensive experience working on different fixed and mobile assets. As a result, we understand the challenges that modern maintenance teams have when delivering cost-effective maintenance, reliable assets, accurate and up to date system data, and working with multi-disciplinary teams to keep assets operating in the modern business environment.

This now leaves maintenance execution teams to focus their efforts on delivering ongoing maintenance tasks, with planning and scheduling activities provided by experienced planners in our office. We attend daily meetings via weblink or teleconference and manage our clients CMMS/planning system remotely, thus removing the requirement to employ these roles onsite. Our experienced team of maintenance planners can work alongside site teams to deliver complete planning services, shift coverage or hybrid planning/scheduling support, whilst reducing cost and staffing risks. We work within your CMMS or can self-sufficient and manage your assets through our maintenance system.
