Craig is an accredited Lean 6 Six Sigma Master Black Belt.Ā He is skilled in providing and implementing solutions that affect business and organisational change, reduce and mitigate risk, and improve operational efficiency and performance.

Michael has over 25 years of experience in Operations Leadership roles with BHP, Rio Tinto and South32. His most complex roles include Asset President at Worsley Alumina and Vice President of Engineering and Projects for South32. His expertise covers all aspects of Operations including Safety, Strategy, Production, Maintenance, Shutdowns, Operational Readiness and Start-ups, Process Control, Business Excellence and Budgeting. Michael is a Process Engineer (BChemEng) with an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) majoring in Business Strategy.

During this time John has worked extensively in the development of maintenance strategies and technical documents, identification of critical spares, condition monitoring, reliability improvement and development of isolation systems.

Amanda has over 25 years of experience working for some of the elite resource companies in Australia such as Orica, BlueScope and Shell, beginning with a trade in Mechanical Engineering and has a certificate in Occupational Mechanical studies.
Throughout her career she has been responsible for the management and compliance of multiple asset management systems processes across a large range of facilities business sites.
With her extensive knowledge of mechanical maintenance systems and processes, Amanda has been involved in updating and delivering end to end user training at sites and improving the integrity of master data in CMMS. Ā Amanda has led and safely delivered numerous projects and shutdowns within the allocated budget and schedule. She has helped clients achieve their operational readiness goals by delivering mechanical strategy and tactic builds within their allocated timeframe.

Ian is maintenance and operational management professional with over 30 yearsā experience. Ā His mechanical trade background in maintaining fixed and mobile plant preceded 15 years in various power station roles, which included plant operation, shift management, plant commissioning and learning and development management. Much of Ianās work during the past 20 years has required him to work with a diverse range of organisations, from senior management to the ācoalfaceā, where Ian helped client organisations to adopt and implement leading asset management practices and computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS).
