Craig has over 25 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance Management, Strategic & Business Planning, Equipment and Process Reliability and Continuous Improvement with a unique mix of business, strategy and operational skills. Craig is an accredited Lean 6 Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He is skilled in providing and implementing solutions that affect business and organisational change, reduce and mitigate risk, and improve operational efficiency and performance.
Michael Rix

Michael has over 25 years of experience in Operations Leadership roles with BHP, Rio Tinto and South32. His most complex roles include Asset President at Worsley Alumina and Vice President of Engineering and Projects for South32. His expertise covers all aspects of Operations including Safety, Strategy, Production, Maintenance, Shutdowns, Operational Readiness and Start-ups, Process Control, Business Excellence and Budgeting. Michael is a Process Engineer (BChemEng) with an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) majoring in Business Strategy.

Kellie began her position as Office Manager at EnterpriseIS in January 2010. Kellie is responsible for the operation and management of the EnterpriseIS Finance Department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and management of the HR framework, including performance management, resource planning, compliance, & employee development.
Kellie has over 20 years of experience in varied roles, including; Site Administration Manager of a national construction company, Personal Assistant, Payroll and Reception Roles with several international and national consulting firms.

Amanda has over 25 years of experience working for some of the elite resource companies in Australia such as Orica, BlueScope and Shell, beginning with a trade in Mechanical Engineering and has a certificate in Occupational Mechanical studies.
Throughout her career she has been responsible for the management and compliance of multiple asset management systems processes across a large range of facilities business sites.
With her extensive knowledge of mechanical maintenance systems and processes, Amanda has been involved in updating and delivering end to end user training at sites and improving the integrity of master data in CMMS. Amanda has led and safely delivered numerous projects and shutdowns within the allocated budget and schedule. She has helped clients achieve their operational readiness goals by delivering mechanical strategy and tactic builds within their allocated timeframe.
David Kastelein

A Structural and Mechanical engineer with over 35 year’s experience in plant maintenance in steelmaking, mining and mineral processing environment.
During this time, David has been involved in numerous Operational Readiness / Plant Maintenance Developments (master data development) for plant upgrades (brown field sites) and new plant (greenfield sites), Plant and reliability improvement by revising and building maintenance plans, PM tasks and technical documents and several CMMS migration from various systems to SAP ECC 6 (reviewing and update data and mentoring/training maintenance personnel).
Over time, David has gained experience in using numerous CMMS’s (SAP, Pronto, Elipse, PULSE Mining System).

An adaptable, creative, and safety focused maintenance professional with experience in the mining and manufacturing sectors. Rowen’s project experience has included; ANSTO, CMOC Gold and Copper mine in Parkes; Manildra’s food and industrial manufacturing site in Nowra; South 32’s coal mine in Appin; BHP Billiton’s Olympic Dam mine site in South Australia; and BlueScope Steel in Port Kembla.

Ian is maintenance and operational management professional with over 30 years’ experience. His mechanical trade background in maintaining fixed and mobile plant preceded 15 years in various power station roles, which included plant operation, shift management, plant commissioning and learning and development management. Much of Ian’s work during the past 20 years has required him to work with a diverse range of organisations, from senior management to the ‘coalface’, where Ian helped client organisations to adopt and implement leading asset management practices and computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS).
