Mainstream Conference 2023
Last week, The EnterpriseIS team had the opportunity to attend the Mainstream Asset Management Conference in Melbourne.
We were able to connect with some past colleagues and meet some new faces. It is always refreshing being able to collaborate and socialise with likeminded people in the industry.
Our Team had the opportunity to discuss with many, how Operational Readiness will help them successfully achieve a sustainable vertical ramp up!
Our theme of Operational Readiness resonated with the Mainstream Community, with numerous conversations on what it takes to do it well. Many had never experienced a start-up where a systemic approach, such as using our Framework (below), could be used to develop and track the Ops Readiness plan.
We also had the pleasure of hosting a Roundtable discussion on Operational Readiness which we feel was a highly beneficial and insightful experience for everyone involved. Roundtable discussions provide a platform for individuals with diverse expertise and perspectives to come together and share their insights, knowledge, and experiences related to Operational Readiness.
Every year we thoroughly enjoy being part of such a well-run event and this year was no different.
