How Funky is your Workplace?
Funky shirt Friday is a ritual that happens at EnterpriseIS, no matter what. By wearing a Funky Shirt every Friday, it reminds our team it is OK to have meaningful conversations about mental health. Many of employees choose to wear the shirt of Trademutt, who are the greatest supporters of the ritual.
At this year’s Mainstream Conference in Melbourne, the EnterpriseIS team were fortunate enough to meet Dan and Ed the co-founders of TradeMutt and hear the compelling story of how their business kicked off. These guys are absolute legends with 50% of their profits donated to charity and having helped assist over 4600 tradies to mental health counselling. By spreading the word and supporting TradeMutt you’re making a difference to people’s lives.
So far TradeMutt has funded 2663 hours of mental health support through TIACS (This is A Conversation Starter) – a free phone and text counselling service offering mental health support to Australia’s blue collar community.
