Mainstream Summit March 2024
Yesterday, Craig & Michael had the opportunity to attend the Mainstream Asset Management Summit in Perth.
We were able to connect with some past colleagues and meet some new faces. It is always refreshing being able to collaborate and socialise with likeminded people in the industry.
We had the opportunity to discuss with many, how Operational Readiness will help them successfully achieve a sustainable vertical ramp up!
The concept of Operational Readiness struck a chord with the broader community, sparking numerous discussions on effective execution. For many, the notion of implementing a systematic approach, exemplified by our Framework (outlined below), in developing and monitoring the Operations Readiness plan was entirely new, especially if they hadn’t previously encountered such methodologies in startup environments.
Every year we thoroughly enjoy being part of such a well-run event and this year was no different.
